Your starting point

There are a lot of excuses to not start training. But that does not mean you need to listen to all these excuses. You cannot be too young, too old or too weak to start exercising. Your starting point is just what it is, a starting point. It is different for everyone and it is from there we are developing.

The feeling you get when you know you are going to the gym will ease, you will feel more and more comfortable every time you are there. The more you learn and engage, the more fun you will have. Your coordination and strength will be improved, which will help you to learn new exercises. When you experience that you can meet the challenges in the gym, you will bring that feeling to your daily life. In fact, it can only get better from now on and you will only develop more and more.
