By following an exercise program that is calculated based on your needs, you have the right setting to achieve your goals. When I do your training program, I take into account your age, your everyday routines, your training background and your overall health situation. We develop a program together that works well for you and as you develop in your workouts, we make adjustments to your program.
For me, an exercise program means freedom, my brain is free to focus on other things than the training schedule for the day. In my experience, a training program helps me to give all in every training but also to relax when I rest. During the periods when I’ve been training without a proper setup, I’m often more stressed, my mind is constantly trying to figure out a good plan for the next workout. I avoid that feeling when I have a predefined plan. Then I get to relax between exercises.
