I’m always hungry when I wake up and I love breakfast. If you ask me, it’s the best meal of the day. I have tried a lot of breakfasts but this one is the best and also gives the best saturation:
Mix 5 dl oatmeal with 2 buckets Power Series Gainer. Then pour cold milk and stir carefully, spice up with fresh strawberries. Also make scrambled eggs on 5 eggs and 2 tablespoons of milk.
I always drink water during breakfast and sometimes I also take a cup of black coffee.
Oatmeal is a great ingredient for breakfast but I am tired of hot porridge and here in Marbella it is much better to eat something that is cooled. Mixing oatmeal with milk and Gainer is very filling and also gives it a taste of chocolate. When I like a certain dish, I tend to stick to it for a while and I like to know that my breakfast is always the same and part of the morning routine.
